In this exercise, we model a real cogeneration plant, located in the Paris suburbs, which produces hot water at 90 °C by recovery of the exhaust of the micro-gas turbine studied in exercise sessions S21En to S23En.
To fix ideas, such a cogeneration facility could be used to supply energy to a small apartment building.
The purpose of the exercise is to model such a plant with Thermoptim and deduce the values of the cogeneration indicators, then to prepare its exergy balance.
